HR Factory is an online platform developed to help companies and organizations of all sizes to get automated HR consultancy services. It also enables visitors to apply for some HR services which will be handled offline within another agreement and associated terms and conditions.

Payment
Every product/service has a unique selling price. Users are given two options ( either to pay monthly or to pay yearly). Refund and Cancelation

Every Subscription plan has its own refund policy. Make sure you read and accept it before any subscription.

Termination
HR Factory, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate your account for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Services will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account.

Privacy
Your personal information and content is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using HR Factory you agree to our Privacy Policy which states that your information will be held confidentially. When attempting to take the HR health check, your individual response will remain anonymous.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If a revision is a material, we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
